My ongoing PhD is titled "Expanding the scope of HER2 targeted therapy in solid tumors." Concurrently, I am also engaged in clinical investigations, primarily centered on gastric and esophageal cancer. These studies delve into molecular profiling, targeted therapy, ctDNA analysis, and the exploration of real-world evidence.

Field of research:
My ongoing PhD project is an Industrial PhD at SOLID Therapeutics. SOLID Therapeutics is developing a novel cancer theraphy targeting the GPCR HCAR1. I am working with furthering the understanding of the role and biological mode of action of HCAR1 in solid tumors. I’m also investigating potential combination therapies that could be utilized in combination with HCAR1 antagonism.

My PhD focuses on real-world efficacy patterns and immune related adverse events of anti-cancer treatment with immune checkpoint inhibitors. I am engaged in registry-based research and analysis of data from a prospectively generated biobank of biologic material from patients experiencing immune-related toxicity. Additionally, I am involved in the international phase II clinical trial PragmaTIL.
